The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for increasing sales and distribution within their assigned region. The Regional Sales Manager has a strong history of successful sales management, possesses innate leadership qualities, excels in maintaining client and vendor relationships, and has a real passion for sharing the benefits our products offer.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for business growth.
- Establish pricing strategies and competitive positioning in collaboration with marketing and product teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Analyze sales data and market conditions to adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on regional sales performance to senior management.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Represent the region in cross-functional meetings and initiatives.
- Responsible for WV, VA, PA, NY, VT, NH, ME, MA, RI, CT, NJ, DE, MD.
- Experience selling to the Commercial Furniture sector
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience.
- Willingness to travel.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical and strategic thinking with problem‑solving aptitude.
- Proficient in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
