The Senior Analyst / Manager for Corporate Finance and Strategy position is based in New York, NY, in a partially remote setting. We are seeking a highly capable, intellectually curious “athlete” who brings a strong financial acumen, structured problem‑solving skills, and the ability to lead cross‑functional work streams. A successful candidate will be hands‑on with analysis and presentation development while also influencing senior leaders and shaping strategic outcomes across the business.

• Partner with business units to lead the annual Strategic Planning process, aligning divisional strategies with IFF’s long‑term strategic vision and financial plans.
• Develop and refine complex financial models and business cases grounded in value‑creation fundamentals.
• Connect P&L performance to long‑term business implications, delivering insights that enable strong decision‑making.
• Analyze industry, competitiveness, and market trends, synthesizing implications for IFF’s leadership and business units.
• Translate strategic insights into clear, compelling recommendations for senior executives.
• Lead and coordinate special projects and enterprise‑level strategic initiatives with high visibility.
• Monitor enterprise and segment‑level KPIs to evaluate performance against strategic and financial goals.
• Review and advise on business plans supporting high‑impact initiatives and growth opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree, such as an MBA, is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Corporate Strategy, or FP&A.
• Strong proficiency in complex financial modeling and value‑creation analysis.
• Skilled at crafting concise messages and translating financial topics into clear strategic insights for senior audiences.
• Demonstrated experience managing cross‑functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without authority.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving skills, with an ability to apply structured thinking to complex or ambiguous issues.
• High learning agility, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

• Experience presenting directly to senior leadership or C‑suite stakeholders.
• Background in corporate finance within a global, matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex information into actionable strategic recommendations.
