The Investment Partnerships Manager is responsible for driving strategic investor engagement, cultivating relationships with institutional and high-net-worth clients, and supporting capital-raising and partnership initiatives.
This role involves collaboration with investment teams, origination specialists, and senior leadership to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and optimize the firm’s investment partnership strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, family offices, foundations, and other strategic partners
- Support fundraising and capital deployment initiatives across private investment strategies
- Collaborate with investment teams to identify market trends, investment opportunities, and partnership growth areas
- Prepare and deliver investor presentations, marketing materials, and proposals
- Track and report on capital commitments, partnership performance, and investor engagement
- Assist in due diligence, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management for investors
- Maintain CRM systems, dashboards, and reporting tools to monitor investor activity and strategic priorities
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on investor engagement strategies and market trends
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of investment markets, institutional investors, and private capital structures
- Experience in business development, investor relations, or strategic partnership management preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate investor and market insights into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms; familiarity with financial analysis tools is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Strong interest in private capital, investment partnerships, and institutional growth initiatives
