• Drive strategic business development strategy and execution across premium market segments
• Lead enterprise-level client acquisition and complex partnership negotiations
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing business development team
• Develop and execute territory expansion plans and go-to-market strategies
• Establish thought leadership and represent VVEAVE at executive-level industry functions
• Create strategic partnerships and channel relationships to accelerate growth
• Collaborate with leadership team on product development and market positioning
• Lead competitive analysis and market intelligence initiatives
• Drive revenue forecasting and pipeline management across the organization

• 7+ years of senior business development or sales leadership experience
• Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing sales teams
• Experience with enterprise-level client relationships and complex negotiations
• Strong strategic thinking and market development capabilities
• Leadership experience in high-growth technology or fashion companies
• Excellent executive presence and communication skills
• MBA or equivalent advanced business experience preferred
