Opportunity

This is an opportunity to serve as the strategic thought partner to the Head of Product, working closely with the CEO, Head of Growth, and functional leaders at Onsera Health to help a growing product organization operate with precision and win in the market. Backed by Population Health Partners (PHP), the proven venture platform behind Metsera (acquired by Pfizer) and Corsera Health, we are building the future of AI-driven population health management.

Reporting to the Head of Product and working in lockstep with the CEO and executive leadership, you will build the strategic and operational frameworks required to scale and win in the market
. You will partner with product leadership to drive high-stakes product and business development initiatives, drive cross-functional alignment, and produce strategic positioning narratives and sales enablement artifacts that explain our AI and clinical capabilities to customers. You will build relevant operational enablers and cadences—via OKRs, QBRs, etc.—that keep stakeholders accountable and moving fast.

Responsibilities
  • Develop product positioning and messaging – Create differentiated value propositions that connect AI-powered population health management and care capabilities to employer and health plan buyer priorities; maintain positioning frameworks and competitive narratives
  • Drive competitive intelligence – Synthesize market dynamics, competitive developments, and buyer trends into strategic perspectives that shape product positioning, inform roadmap priorities, and sharpen our commercial narrative
  • Build sales enablement assets – Develop ROI calculators, pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and objection-handling materials that translate technical and clinical capabilities into business outcomes for enterprise buyers
Business planning & analytics
  • Drive business planning and analytics – Build scenario models and forecasts in collaboration with FP&A; deliver insights that inform product decisions, resource allocation, and commercial strategy
Product operations & cross-functional execution
  • Drive product operations – Facilitate OKR-setting, Q , and planning processes across the product organization; collaborate with Technical Program Managers to track execution against milestones and ensure cross-functional accountability
  • Serve as a “force multiplier” across the organization – Serve as connective tissue between Product and Office of CEO and Functional leadership; remove strategic and operational blockers, synthesize inputs, and ensure execution coherence

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or above from a top-tier university
  • 4-7+ years of collective experience across a combination of management consulting, business operations, product management, product marketing, or a related field, including 1-2 years at a top-tier management consulting firm
