This individual will lead the strategy and product development roadmap for LSEG’s Private Markets business. The role entails owning product vision, prioritizing requirements, and working with user experience, content, data & feeds, development and QA to deliver required capabilities. The manager will engage with clients and commercial teams, identify market trends, and drive sustainable growth.

• Enhance, innovate and perfect LSEG’s Private Markets solutions (Workspace/Office/Content/Feeds).
• Deliver on product priorities, taking products to market from inception.
• Conduct regular customer meetings to gather feedback, validate approach and inform product strategy.
• Lead client‑driven innovation around workspace/workflows, feed capabilities for users across all private market communities.
• Act as a product specialist and spokesperson internally and externally.
• Work with Product, SAM, Content, LSEG Capital Markets, and sales teams to prioritize capability requirements.
• Document, validate, and articulate requirements to stakeholders.
• Engage across LSEG (SAM, Marketing, Capital Markets, Support) to drive awareness and collaboration.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Mathematics.
• 3+ years working in global financial markets, with at least 2 years managing financial content, software products & solutions.
• Strong analytical and project‑management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to build and deliver presentations to large audiences.
• Knowledge of investment banking workflows and content needs.
• Passion for investment process, security analysis, M&A, and capital markets.
• Passion for delivering cutting‑edge solutions.
• Proven ability to navigate the organisation and deliver global projects.

Anticipated base salary: $162,000 – $270,200 (varies by location). Eligible for annual incentive plan and comprehensive benefits, including wellness, time‑off, health, retirement planning, and more.
