• Conducting in‑depth analyses of client operations to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Developing data‑driven strategies to optimise processes, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

• Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and meetings with client teams to gather input, present findings, and explore solutions.
• Monitor project progress, implementation of recommendations, and adjust strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
• Create clear, actionable reports and presentations with measurable KPIs for senior management and stakeholders.
• Advise clients on navigating change management and overcoming resistance.
• Stay informed about competitive insights and trends to provide a strategic edge.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, project management, or a similar role.
• Experience in business strategy consulting, process optimisation, or organisational change management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making.
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation software.
• Cross‑functional expertise in areas like HR, marketing, or supply chain management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Solid time‑management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience with strategic planning and business transformation projects.
• A client‑focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel as per project requirements.

• A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in management consulting frameworks, such as PRINCE2, PMP (Project Management Professional), or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience with digital transformation or IT consulting.
• Familiarity with business case development, financial modelling, and forecasting techniques.
• Strong project management capabilities, including Agile and Lean methodologies.
• Multilingual abilities to work with international clients.
