In this role, you will support the efforts of our clients, including transit agencies, state departments of transportation, cities, counties, regional authorities, and water, wastewater and stormwater utilities and other clients and industries to develop and deliver programs and projects that create positive outcomes for our clients and their stakeholders and communities.

This position will require you to fulfill a role within a project of program that applies your Advisory skills to the benefit of clients and Jacobs team. Key parts of this work may include assisting with planning and resourcing of program and project delivery, program advisory services, process mapping, organization change and transformation projects.

You will have a multitude of advisory opportunities to collaborate with diverse teams at Jacobs including across our Advisory and Major Programs teams – global organizational effectiveness & performance improvement team, grant writing experts, government relations team, planners and engineers, economists, resiliency specialists, and many others – to positively impact our clients’ mission, and their infrastructure programs and projects creation delivery.

• Gather information and knowledge to support the development of strategies to enable successful projects and programs as needed
• Support the delivery of Jacobs programs in an advisory capacity as needed
• Support and lead organizational capability assessments, change management, process review and improvements
• Support and lead program performance assessments and assist strategize how to achieve outcomes and create legacy
• Support and lead development of presentations to clients and stakeholder groups
• Gather, organize and process data and information needed to conduct economic and financial analyses and studies
• Support business case analyses, financial pro forma projections, benefit‑cost analyses, cost of service, rate and valuation models and other related forms of economic and financial analysis
• Support risk appraisal, risk management modeling, due diligence, strategy development, program and project monitoring as needed
• Support development of overall funding and financing strategies, including grants for client capital and operating programs
• Communicate findings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• Post graduate professional years of professional experience.
• 2 or more years of Project Management experience, including tracking project budget and schedule and managing risks.
• Training in principles of management consulting, change and stakeholder management, economics and finance, program delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to independently track communicate to and positively manage multiple stakeholder relationships
• Strong process improvement and organization transformation skills
• Manages individual time by building due dates into assignments and then prioritizes work to accomplish more in less time.
• Continually seeks new functional knowledge and looks to build technical expertise.
• Excels in a team setting by clearly communicating project information and by listening effectively and inviting responses.
