We are a Series A SaaS company and provide the system of record for event marketing. Our software platform provides proprietary insights that helps high-growth companies find the highest ROI events, conferences and trade shows to attend and sponsor. We have built an AI-powered platform that customers describe as an event marketer’s dream.

Vendelux was founded in 2021, and our recent $14 million Series A was led by First Mark, whose portfolio includes companies like Shopify, Pinterest, Discord, Airbnb, Draft Kings, Carta and Justworks (amongst others). This role will be an onsite role out of our NYC HQ and will include a blend of product, project and technical program management experience.

As a Product Manager at Vendelux, you will…
  • Gather and synthesize product feedback from customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders (e.g. data, customer success, sales, etc).
  • Synthesize founder & executive vision into actionable product initiatives that deliver on Vendelux’s mission, and provide value to our customers.
  • Own and operate our product roadmap, including our feature prioritization, and roadmap alignment with company level goals and objectives
  • Define and document requirements, specifications, and goals for upcoming product initiatives.
  • Where necessary, compile annotated AI-generated prototypes or wireframes to convey a product or feature’s user experience
  • Work with the engineering team to prevent, identify, and resolve roadblocks, ensuring product initiatives are delivered on schedule and to scope.
  • Manage our User Acceptance Testing process, including the aggregation and prioritization of bugs & feedback.
  • Write product release notes, notifying our customers of product features and updates, and the value these releases unlock for them.
  • Organize and manage a data driven approach to product analysis, regularly reviewing product metrics, and using learnings to influence the roadmap.
As a Product Manager at Vendelux, you have...
  • 5+ years experience managing innovative and data driven products, with your fingerprints all over them – and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished.
  • At least 2+ years leading product delivery for a B2B SaaS product.
  • A proven track record of launching and managing software products for a fast-paced early stage startup environment (Series A or earlier).
  • A history of delivering simple user experiences, guiding design priorities for the team, and exhibiting an excellent sense of experience principles.
  • A data driven curiosity, with experience using metrics and analytics to solve problems, and make product decisions.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and their implications for data driven SaaS products.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • At least some experience with the following tools:
    • Figma (our product design tool)
    • Linear (our task management tool), or something similar (e.g. JIRA)
    • v0 (or similar) for prototyping
