Job Description Summary
:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven E-commerce Product Manager to lead the end-to-end development and optimization of our product portfolio. You will sit at the intersection of business, technology, and design, ensuring that our products not only meet market demands but are also optimized for high-conversion digital sales. Your goal is to deliver a seamless shopping experience while driving growth through innovative product features and lifecycle management.

• Product Strategy &
  
  Roadmap:
  
  Define and execute a data-informed product roadmap that aligns with company goals and market trends.
• Market Research:
  Conduct competitive analysis and customer research to identify market gaps, new opportunities, and emerging consumer behaviors.
• Cross-functional Leadership:
  Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to move products from concept to launch.
• Data-Driven Optimization:
  Analyze KPIs to iterate on product features.
• User Experience (UX):
  Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure the product interface is intuitive, mobile-responsive, and optimized for the path to purchase.
• Inventory & Launch Management:
  Partner with the supply chain team to manage lead times, production quality, and inventory levels for successful product drops.
• Stakeholder Communication:
  Present product visions and performance metrics to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

The anticipated compensation range is 69,000. USD Annual. Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
