A rapidly scaling, NASDAQ-listed AI infrastructure and data centre platform is seeking a senior capital markets professional to lead institutional investor and analyst engagement in the U.S.
The business operates large-scale GPU clusters supporting AI training and inference workloads, underpinned by a vertically integrated model including grid-connected land and renewable-powered data centre assets across North America.
This is a high-visibility role focused on shaping market perception, strengthening investor relationships, and ensuring the company’s strategy, valuation and performance are clearly articulated to institutional stakeholders.
The OpportunityYou will work closely with the Head of Investor Relations and executive leadership to:
- Develop and execute the Investor Relations strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts and broader capital markets participants
- Refine and articulate the company’s investment narrative, aligning messaging with strategic priorities and long-term value creation
- Support quarterly earnings processes, including scripts, presentations, Q&A preparation, press releases and messaging frameworks
- Oversee passive index inclusion strategy, including eligibility monitoring and engagement with index providers
This role requires strong financial judgement, strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex technical and operational detail into compelling, market-ready messaging.
Candidate Profile- 15+ years’ experience in equity research, corporate finance and/or investor relations.
- Sector exposure to data centres, AI infrastructure, technology or adjacent capital-intensive industries preferred.
- Deep understanding of financial statements, valuation frameworks and capital markets dynamics.
- Proven experience engaging with institutional investors and senior executives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related discipline (MBA, CFA or similar preferred).
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with significant autonomy.
