Base pay range$/yr - $/yr
Base pay will be $185k-$230k + bonus ($60k-$100k) + equity.
About the roleWe are looking for a 1st product hire for a brand new start‑up! Our business brokerage start‑up recently received $5M in funding and is backed by a $70 billion firm. The role is to help take the business from $1M to $10M, operating as the 1st PM hire, orchestrating the vision and roadmap of an AI‑powered platform and working closely with the Engineering team and CEO.
This role will be based in New York on a hybrid basis (Tues, Weds & Thurs in‑office).
Responsibilities- Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmap.
- Drive the development of AI‑powered (LLMs) workflows/platforms.
- Collaborate with the CEO and engineering team to scale from $1M to $10M.
- Coordinate product backlog, features, and releases.
- Ensure the product aligns with market needs and company goals.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Strong Software Engineering knowledge; experience writing, reviewing code preferred.
- Experience scaling an MVP from $1M to $10M.
- Experience with AI‑powered (LLMs) platforms.
- Early‑stage experience, comfortable working directly with CEO and engineering team.
