As Director of Technical Product Management, you will be responsible for the definition, implementation and facilitation of Product operations, processes and workflows for the Enterprise and Commercial Products, including but not limited to Quarterly Planning. Leads and inspire a team of Technical Product Managers and define success measures and set expectations of the team, coaching and mentoring them through execution of Product life cycles as and where required.
This includes, but not limited to, supporting team with business case development, prioritization, escalations, defining product success measures at a product, operational and business outcome level and ensuring business-readiness. Uses product analytics and qualitative techniques to determine urgency, prioritize and inform product decisions. Collaborates with peers in the Sci Tech organization to ensure that the Product Team is set up for success - collaborating and supporting resource allocation, capacity planning, removing blockers and providing input into technical decisions.
Influential leader in the implementation of Agile Product Development practices within the Product Engineering Teams. Builds and maintains positive relations with customers and partners - both internally in the Enterprise Product Division and externally in the Commercial Product Division - enabling feedback loops that can further inform product priorities and strategies.

- Builds and nurtures strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and colleagues across the Enterprise and Commercial divisions. Establishes feedback loops to inform product strategy and ensure business readiness.
Licenses and
Certifications:
- Certification – Product Management from an industry‑recognized Product Management educational institute/community – required
- Certification – Scrum / Agile Product Development / Product Owner Certification – required
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, or the equivalent combination of education and work experience – required
Work Experience:
- Minimum 8 years of product management experience with 5 years in Product Leadership position – required
- Strong leadership and strategy, leading and inspiring cross‑functional teams through strong audience‑appropriate communication – required
