Want to help employers deliver meaningful financial wellness benefits to their teams? As companies look for better ways to support their employees’ financial health and reduce the negative impacts of financial stress on productivity, Stash Works plays a critical role in bringing modern, accessible fintech solutions to the workplace. At Stash, we are passionate about democratizing wealth creation, and Stash Works extends that mission to employers and their work forces.
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead our B2B efforts for the Stash Works product. Stash Works is an existing platform with a small but growing set of clients, and this role will be responsible for evolving the product, scaling its capabilities, and driving its next phase of growth. You will own the overall product roadmap while partnering closely with our Stash Works General Manager (GM) to support sales cycles and expand our employer footprint.
You’ll operate at the intersection of product strategy, fintech, and go-to-market execution — refining a live product, incorporating real customer feedback, and balancing near‑term commercial needs with long‑term platform maturity.
What You'll Do- Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Stash works, building on an existing foundation to support scale, growth, and reliability.
- Partner closely with the General Manager during active sales cycles, including customer conversations, demos, and solution shaping.
- Translate feedback into Agent‑ready specs and logic flows. You won’t just write vague requirements; you will use AI to prototype the initial concepts and define the strict logic our engineering Agents need to execute.
- Lead cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, design, compliance, legal, marketing, and customer success to deliver iterative product improvements and new capabilities.
- Evolve core B2B functionality such as employer‑facing tools, onboarding and implementation flows, integrations, and administrative experiences.
- Ensure the product continues to meet fintech, compliance, data security, and operational requirements as the client base grows.
- Use data, customer insights, and qualitative feedback to evaluate performance, inform tradeoffs, and guide ongoing optimization.
- Deep comfort using modern AI tools (Claude Opus, GPT, Figma AI, etc.) to accelerate your own workflow, analyze customer data, and bridge the gap between idea and execution. You view AI as your co‑pilot.
- 5+ years of product management experience, with meaningful experience building and scaling B2B products in the employer benefits space.
- Fintech experience, including familiarity with financial products or regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap for a live product with active customers.
- Experience supporting sales or go‑to‑market efforts, including direct customer‑facing engagements.
- Strong ability to align cross‑functional teams and make high‑velocity decisions. Engineering is moving faster than ever; you must be able to manage tradeoffs and drive alignment without slowing down the factory.
- Comfort operating in environments where the product is evolving and processes are still being refined.
- Experience partnering closely with sales, account management, and/or customer success teams
- Experience with payroll and/or HCM integrations
- Has driven product improvements based on early customer traction and feedback
- Has worked at a start‑up or high‑growth company
We proudly celebrate the unique qualities that make you you, 365 days a year, and not just because it’s the right thing to do or good for business. We embed the principles and practices of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) into all that we do to prioritize people, a Stash core value, and to ensure Stashers of all backgrounds and experiences can be their authentic selves.
