WhatWe Need
Katz Digital is seeking a self‑motivated, team‑oriented, problem solver with system experience to join our industry‑leading Operations team. This role will work across all Katz Digital products, in Audio and Video, to ensure successful campaign and publisher performance. You will work across our entire digital business, collaborate with leaders, and play a key role in driving successful outcomes and revenue.
What You’ll Do- Track campaigns and help ensure successful campaign set‑ups across both Audio and Video, making real‑time system optimizations when needed
- Track and enable supply deals across multichannel ad‑buying tools
- Provide ongoing reporting and tracking against revenue goals and targets
- Ensure that appropriate supply packs are being used and optimized on accounts across Audio and Video
- Work within and make optimizations across multiple systems
- Work closely with leadership on optimization goals, identifying key accounts and new partnerships
- Prioritize and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
- 2+ years of experience in digital media, preferably within both audio and video
- Prior experience with ad‑buying tools and systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience working within a team
- 4‑year college degree preferred

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job‑related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
