Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to grow existing accounts and engage stakeholders Coach the sales team on leveraging customer data to align solutions with business needs Manage the team's performance against revenue targets and maintain pipeline hygiene
Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience managing a book of business and building relationships Experience in data-driven selling and managing sales forecasts Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas while managing a small team Ability to analyze performance metrics and market trends Familiarity with macOS and Google Workspace
