  • Lead key transactional and development workflows, including utility tariff review, preparation of proposals and RFP submissions, drafting letters of intent, developing financial models for individual assets and portfolios, compiling transaction materials, managing virtual data rooms, tracking diligence items, and preparing executive‑level presentations
  • Assess pricing and investment potential for new developments and acquisition targets using the company’s in‑house financial evaluation framework
  • Assist in structuring and negotiating major commercial agreements, including MIPAs, APAs, PPAs, and EPC contracts
  • Establish and oversee project data repositories while coordinating and conducting asset‑level due diligence processes
  • Leverage Salesforce, commonly used industry platforms, and proprietary internal systems to manage workflow and reporting
  • Develop compelling pitch materials and competitive bid packages using PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
  • Engage in client discussions, facility visits, industry events, virtual forums, and other corporate initiatives
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Development, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Asset Management teams to drive efficient project execution
  • Stay current on trends, policy developments, and market dynamics within the renewable energy sector
  • Serve as a credible and polished ambassador for our client and its solutions
  • Travel periodically to support client engagements, proposal submissions, site evaluations, and industry conferences
Qualifications

  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational abilities, including experience presenting to executive leadership, structuring and negotiating commercial agreements, building detailed financial models for energy projects and evaluating federal and state incentive programs, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Highly detail‑oriented and performance‑driven, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams in a fast‑moving and evolving environment
  • Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for the commercial and industrial renewable energy sector
  • Professional work style marked by accountability, integrity, dependability, respect, and strong teamwork
