Your Role at Dash0

As a 360° Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll be our "pipeline wizard"—balancing high‑level strategy with hands‑on execution. This is a full‑cycle role where you’ll partner closely with Leadership, GTM, and Product teams to identify and secure the best talent in the B2B SaaS and Cloud Infrastructure space.

You’ll be responsible for the entire journey: from the first intake call and proactive sourcing to the final offer negotiation. Because we are a global team, you’ll bridge the gap between Europe and North America, ensuring our hiring engine runs smoothly across all time zones.

What You’ll Do
  • Full‑Cycle Recruitment Mastery:
    Lead end‑to‑end hiring for a diverse range of roles (Sales, Marketing, SEs, Product). You own the process, including the "no task too small" logistics like proactive scheduling and coordination.
  • Pipeline & Market Craftsmanship:
    Actively source and nurture passive talent. You don't just wait for applicants; you hunt for the best in the Observability and Cloud ecosystems.
  • Strategic Talent Partnering:
    Act as a trusted advisor to leadership. Lead intake sessions, define competencies, and provide data‑backed guidance on headcount planning and organizational design.
  • Structured, Data‑Driven Hiring:
    Implement scalable processes—from interview rubrics to calibration sessions—ensuring every hiring decision is fair, objective, and efficient.
  • Operational Excellence:
    Maintain high data integrity within Ashby (our ATS). You’ll track key metrics and continuously optimize our sourcing and selection strategies.
  • Global Coordination:
    Manage workflows across North America and Europe, maintaining high availability for US stakeholders and candidates.
What You Bring
  • 4+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high‑growth B2B tech/SaaS environments.
  • Proficiency with Ashby is a must. You are comfortable navigating and optimizing modern recruitment stacks.
  • Global Mindset:
    You are comfortable working a shifted schedule to overlap with US business hours and have experience navigating both NA and EMEA talent markets.
  • Sourcing & Coordination Grit:
    You are a master of proactive sourcing and take pride in managing your own logistics to ensure a "curated" candidate experience.
  • Consultative Approach:
    You have the confidence to challenge hiring managers and provide data‑backed insights to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Industry Fluency:
    You understand the B2B SaaS ecosystem; familiarity with Observability or Cloud Infrastructure is a significant plus.
