Job DescriptionThis role is based in our 605 Third Avenue, NY office.
As the Attendee Experience Manager, you will contribute to the growth and optimization of existing conference products that serve the global cyber community. Managing timelines, budgets, and resources while collaborating with teams to implement enhancements and prioritize upgrades and analyze performance metrics, conduct user research, and provide insights to improve products.
Product Feature Management – ownership of product strategy & execution
- Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to execute assigned features/products
- Assist in creating and maintaining product documentation and process specifications (the “playbook”) for assigned products
- Consistent ideation and improvement of existing products
- Collaborate with design and development teams to implement product enhancements
- Help manage product upgrades and feature prioritization processes
- Understand sponsorship deliverable objectives (if associated with product) to align with overall business objectives and client expectations to ensure successful feature outcomes
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor product performance metrics to create regular status reports and identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and feedback collection
- Assist in analyzing conference data, including attendee behavior, engagement patterns, and market research to identify trends and insights
- Support the creation of post-event analysis and recommendations
- Help maintain dashboards and tracking systems for key performance indicators
- Support A/B testing initiatives and help interpret results
- Work with content teams to ensure product features support programming objectives
- Coordinate with marketing teams on product messaging and positioning
- Work closely with customer success and event tech to ensure that processes, systems and reporting are managed with adherence to company policy
- Support sales teams with product information and competitive insights
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth product implementation
- Research cyber industry trends and emerging technologies
- Monitor competitor activities and benchmark against industry standards
- Gather feedback from attendees, sponsors, and internal stakeholders
- Support the identification of new product opportunities and market gaps
