Our platform combines data, technology, and patient-centered support to help women better understand their health risks and take action sooner. We are building a mission-driven business with the potential to materially improve health outcomes at scale.

Position Summary

We are hiring a Chief of Staff to serve as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team in a high-growth startup environment. • Support quarterly and annual planning processes, including OKR drafting, tracking, and cross‑functional alignment
  • Surface dependencies, resource needs, and execution risks early
  • Own special projects tied to company growth, operational scale, and organizational effectiveness
Partner and Account Management
  • Serve as a day‑to‑day point of contact for existing customers and partners
  • Help manage onboarding, ongoing relationship support, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication
  • Track account health, engagement, and renewal risk
  • Prepare customer‑facing reports and business reviews that communicate value, outcomes, and utilization
