Job Description
Senior Product Manager, Identity, Commerce, and Community (ICC) is responsible for the strategy and roadmap of foundational platform services—such as identity APIs, entitlements, preferences, and consent—that power trusted relationships with users and members across a portfolio of digital products. This domain includes account creation and authentication, subscription or membership life cycles, and community participation flows.
In this role, you will align multiple work streams into a single, coherent domain plan, establish shared decision criteria and measurement, and partner closely with product teams to accelerate the delivery of consistent, high-quality front-end experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Own the domain roadmap across Identity, Commerce, and Community, including sequencing work, managing dependencies, and making clear tradeoffs across multiple teams and partners.
- Turn ambiguous or competing needs into shared framing—problem statements, constraints, and decision criteria—so product teams can ship consistent user experiences faster and with less rework.
- Standardize measurement for the domain, including KPIs, guardrails, total cost of ownership considerations, and instrumentation expectations that work across products and surfaces.
- Drive execution across complex dependencies, including MVP definition, rollout readiness, and risk management.
- Manage vendor relationships where applicable, ensuring product needs are reflected in vendor roadmaps and new capabilities are adopted efficiently.
- Lead and develop product managers and/or associate product managers by setting clear goals, ensuring backlogs ladder to the domain roadmap, and maintaining high-quality product artifacts.
