As a Senior Product Manager, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.
Responsibilities- Leadership
- Lead agile pods and cross-functional teams, acting as a resource and influencer across merchandising, planning, and technical groups
- Evangelize a vision that bridges business operations and technology strategy, fostering collaboration and trust
- Problem-Solving
- Design solutions that integrate seamlessly with merchandising and planner workflows – ideally markdown and promotional optimization
- Resolve conflicts between operational constraints and technical capabilities
- Address gaps in pricing and inventory optimization processes while ensuring adoption by business teams

- Revenue Growth:
- Interpersonal Skills
- Build trust with merchandising, planning, and allocation teams by demonstrating empathy and understanding of their daily challenges
- Communicate complex technical strategies in a way that resonates with business stakeholders
- Influence and persuade diverse teams to adopt new processes and technologies
- 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years leading enterprise-level products in markdown optimization, pricing, demand forecasting, or inventory optimization
- Minimum 3 years of management experience for manager-level roles
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Master’s preferred
- Direct experience or strong exposure to merchandising, planning, and allocation processes
- Ability to translate operational realities into tech solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes
- Demonstrate ability to align tech strategy with merchandising and planning workflows, ensuring solutions are practical and impactful
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive innovation in pricing and inventory optimization
- Navigate ambiguity and complex challenges while maintaining alignment with company goals for omni-channel excellence and customer experience
The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
