As a Senior Product Manager, you will join Turnberry's Digital Modernization practice, where technology and strategy combine to deliver exceptional digital experiences, empowering organizations to thrive in today's digital market.

• Interpersonal Skills
  • Build trust with merchandising, planning, and allocation teams by demonstrating empathy and understanding of their daily challenges

  • Influence and persuade diverse teams to adopt new processes and technologies

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 3 years leading enterprise-level products in markdown optimization, pricing, demand forecasting, or inventory optimization
• Minimum 3 years of management experience for manager-level roles
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Master’s preferred
• Direct experience or strong exposure to merchandising, planning, and allocation processes
• Ability to translate operational realities into tech solutions that improve efficiency and outcomes
• Demonstrate ability to align tech strategy with merchandising and planning workflows, ensuring solutions are practical and impactful
• Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive innovation in pricing and inventory optimization
• Navigate ambiguity and complex challenges while maintaining alignment with company goals for omni-channel excellence and customer experience

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $155,000 or the hourly equivalent.
