** Responsibilities:
*** Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders across commercial, supply chain, and analytics functions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into actionable analytics initiatives.
* Facilitate regular governance meetings, status updates, and issue resolution sessions.
*** Domain Expertise – CPG / Alcoholic Beverages
**** Deep understanding of the CPG industry, especially in the alcoholic beverages segment including route-to-market, pricing, promotions, and trade marketing.
* Ability to interpret business challenges and opportunities in commercial functions such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
*** Commercial Function Understanding
**** Collaborate with commercial teams to analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and optimize trade spend.
* Support initiatives around revenue growth management (RGM), pricing strategy, and market segmentation.
*** Technical Skills***
* ** Power BI**:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports; enable self-service BI for business users.
* ** Azure Databricks**:
Hands-on experience in data engineering and analytics workflows; collaborate with data scientists and engineers to build scalable solutions.
* Work with large datasets, perform data wrangling, and ensure data quality and governance.
*** Business Analysis & Agile Delivery
**** Lead business analysis efforts across multiple work streams, ensuring clear documentation of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
* Work in Agile teams using
** Azure Dev Ops (ADO)
** for backlog management, sprint planning, and tracking delivery.
* Conduct workshops, interviews, and process walkthroughs to elicit and validate requirements.
** Required Skills &

Qualifications:

*** Proven experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles.
* Strong domain knowledge in CPG and/or Alcoholic Beverages.
* Hands-on experience with Power BI and Azure Databricks.
* Experience in leading business analysis efforts in Agile environments.
* Familiarity with commercial analytics, trade promotion optimization, and sales performance tracking.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
