Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify key scheme partners and prioritize opportunities based on 's strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with scheme partners to develop comprehensive GTM plans encompassing joint marketing initiatives, sales enablement programs, and co-selling activities.
- Lead negotiations with scheme partners to establish mutually beneficial commercial terms, ensuring alignment with 's revenue goals and risk appetite.
- Oversee the day to day management of scheme partners, ensuring smooth sales operations and ongoing relationship management
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Account Management, Product) to promote solutions within the scheme partner ecosystem and drive adoption among their clients.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to scheme partnerships, providing regular reports to leadership and identifying areas for optimization.
- Serve as a key point of contact for scheme partners, representing at industry events and fostering strong relationships within the payments ecosystem.
- 5-10 years of experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field within the payments industry.
- Solid understanding of the payments landscape, with specific knowledge of card scheme regulations, products, and partnership models (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of successful negotiation and deal closure.
- Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to track, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for driving growth.
Hybrid working model: three days per week in the office to support collaboration and connection.
Compensation Range: $188K - $220K
