You will play a crucial role in enhancing our operational efficiency, particularly in how we serve our limited partners (LPs). Initially, you will learn our processes and business by responding to LP requests and ensuring timely and accurate responses. You will partner with our Investor Strategy team to ensure that every LP touchpoint with Electric is positive. As you ramp up, you will identify opportunities for process improvement, leverage technology and automation, and contribute to building a more robust and self-service operational framework.

You will also participate in Electric’s efforts to build new AI technologies to optimize our operations.

  • Maintain organized records of LP interactions and requests.
  • Document existing operational work streams related to LP services and communication.
  • Identify inefficiencies and pain points in current processes, particularly around data storage and accessibility. Proactively propose and develop solutions for process improvement related to data storage.
  • Identify opportunities for automation of repetitive tasks and workflows, such as email communications and report generation.
  • Project manage internal projects aimed at improving operational processes, including tracking progress, communicating with stakeholders, and holding individuals accountable to deadlines.
  • Explore and potentially leverage AI tooling and basic scripting to streamline workflows (desirable).
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in a relevant field such as financial operations, investment client success, project management, or data analysis.
