We are a (A+ rated BBB Accredited) business lender providing same day and next day loans to small/midsize businesses nationwide. We have been a leader in the commercial lending industry for over 10 years headquartered in New York, NY. Our teams are knowledgeable experts in helping navigate the process of obtaining capital for business growth.
We are currently seeking an on site with limited travel/ Business Development Manager to assist with developing new business funding opportunities and maintain ongoing relationships for our NYC office.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Identify new sales opportunities, prospecting and building ongoing business relationships
- Contacting potential clients to establish an ongoing business relationship
- Develop new sales funnels to improve sales/partnerships for the NYC team
- Research the latest trends in the business to create new opportunities for business expansion
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure a coordinated sales process
- Strong understanding of the company's services as well as ability to keep competitive in the financial markets.
- Good presentation with Sales Experience
- Ability to work onsite as well as travel as needed
- Demonstrates an entrepreneurial approach and mindset
- Fast thinking, high energy
- Self Starter mentality - Prior experience in "Business Impact" selling skills
- College Degree in Business/Finance/Marketing helpful
- Eager/Driven with ability to drive new business
- Possess strong Business Development Opening/ Closing Skill Sets
- Proficiency with Technology
- Microsoft, Excel, Reporting- CRMs - Excellence in communication, presentation, and professionalism
- Strong problem solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, written skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently as well as in a group setting
- Lives within commutable distance to downtown NYC
