The MBA Standards Board is officially sponsoring MBA Leaders Forum Professionals Association and appointing a Board of distinguished MBA professionals to serve as Founding Board Trustees & Advisors. This is a high-visibility, executive-level appointment for MBA holders who wish to define the national standards for the AI-integrated MBA level, executive marketplace. This new MBA networking association will invite and welcome MBAs from diverse universities and colleges, primarily in English speaking countries, such as the United States and Canada.
As a Founding Board Trustee or Board Advisor, you are more than a member; you are on the ground floor establishing a national professional association for MBAs. This role is designed for leaders who want to stabilize their careers in this new AI era and increase their marketplace value and visibility while doing so.
There are too few existing professional or networking organizations for MBAs. There are a couple of large ones currently, but highly segmented. One primarily for residents in India, and the other the National Black MBA Association. MBA graduates of Ivy League universities have relied on school alumni associations to serve their networking needs, but for the majority of MBA college graduates, they do not have alumni groups available or adequate ones.
Our research proves that there is a strong demand for a North American based MBA networking association without any specific school affiliation.
Colleges have not kept current with AI developments in general. Especially in the area of skill development, validation and reporting, Human Relations departments, Employers, and Recruiters have not been able to search and find and sort listings with outdated pdf diplomas that lack common machine readable or embeddable MBA information. Current AI bots and agents and programs such as popular Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) software bypass many highly qualified MBA degree holders because these old diplomas are not skill embedded and don't show up in current systems.
While many schools now provide them for new graduates, older graduates are missed. Our MBA Leaders Forum can provide our professional association members with various solutions to these types of issues and is greatly needed in this period of change and corporate consolidation.
We are looking for ambitious board members interested in creating strong personal MBA brands with AI and other high demand MBA skills to lead this global movement in MBA executive competency.
The Founding Mandate (Board Requirements)To ensure our Board members represent the "Gold Standard" of professional excellence, all Trustees and Advisory Board members must participate in a Standards Validation Phase (Onboarding).
This phase satisfies our governance requirements and establishes your authority:
