Overview
Neuberger’s Business Continuity Management (“BCM”) and Operational Resilience team is seeking an experienced operational risk professional to manage and enhance the firm’s business continuity and resilience framework.
Responsibilities- Support all aspects of the BCM program, including crisis and incident management, IT disaster recovery, service continuity, business recovery, and business impact analysis.
- Manage business continuity and ICT risk incidents and drive investigative review meetings.
- Develop and maintain business continuity strategies, BIA documents, response and escalation plans.
- Lead annual business continuity and disaster recovery table‑top exercises across business lines.
- Administer the firm’s BCM tools, including incident management, notification, planning policy, testing programs, and technology applications.
- Coordinate crisis management planning, testing, and governance arrangements.
- Assist business areas with BCM testing, including notification tools, backup sites, table‑tops, and scenario tests for critical services.
- Coordinate with technology teams on disaster recovery planning and testing; partner with Information Security for cyber‑security resilience.
- Create and administer BCP awareness programs.
- Perform third‑party risk management related to BCP reviews and questionnaires.
- Maintain and update all BCM program documents and dashboards.
- Lead regional and functional BCP forums and present updates at global committees.
- Serve as subject‑matter expert on resilience matters, including regulatory changes.
- Monitor office alerts after hours and expedite escalation as required.
- Minimum eight years of experience in Business Continuity Planning and Operational Resilience, preferably in asset management or banking.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience partnering with Technology and Corporate Real Estate teams.
- Familiarity with global regulations and guidance for the asset management industry related to operational risk and resilience.
- Experience with Fusion, Everbridge, Service Now, One Trust, or Wolters Kluwer/OneSumX is a plus.
- Highly motivated, self‑starter with strong attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work with conflicting priorities and tailor communication to various audiences.
- Confident and clear communicator.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship.

Hybrid.
Salary range: $130,000–$160,000 per year, based on education, experience, and market factors. Eligible for discretionary bonus, retirement contributions, and benefits.
