Change Management Lead Project Analyst

Role Overview

The Change Management Lead Project Analyst supports projects within the Change Management discipline of Capital Partners. They initiate, organize, analyze, and complete projects of varying sizes, driving all phases of the project life cycle while ensuring alignment with business goals and organizational impact.

• Define project scope and oversee planning—including task assignments, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Lead project execution, coordinating planning, scoping, analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation activities.
• Manage project meetings, create detailed requirements, maintain documentation, and support project‑management tools.
• Plan, conduct, and execute user acceptance testing; oversee implementation and product roll‑outs.
• Track project tasks, align resources, and write requirements to ensure project objectives and scope are met.
• Escalate concerns to management, provide status updates (green, amber, red), and recommend actions.
• Act as liaison among project stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Communicate defects to systems developers, track defect fixes, and maintain status reporting.
• Document change requests, create project status reports, and maintain auditable records.
• Identify key issues, recommend solutions, and analyze tasks to determine target and actual delivery dates.
• Prepare materials, lead or participate in meetings with business users, sponsors, system groups, vendors, and clients.
• Communicate professionally to manage collaboration across project participants and ensure ownership of tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects, preferably in private wealth management or investment management.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
• Experience at a financial services firm.
• Flexibility to handle multiple priorities and strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and mediation abilities.
• Creative thinking, intellectual curiosity, and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational and time‑management skills.

Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 base plus annual bonus. BBH’s compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit‑sharing. Benefits include long‑term savings plans, healthcare, income protection, professional development opportunities, and generous time off.

Location:

New York City  or Philadelphia. This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days per week in the office.
