The Role

Senior Consultant — This is your opportunity to leverage your negotiation background in a high-impact role.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver powerful, behavior-based negotiation workshops to senior professionals and C-suite leaders (very frequent travel and time away from home is part of the experience).
  • Coach and mentor clients post-workshop, guiding them through real-life negotiations.
  • Build strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, business development and helping drive commercial growth.
