We are looking for an Investor Relations Analyst in our New York office.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES) Investor Relations- Conduct pipeline analysis – support with LP intelligence & coordination
- Help run TCV events (CEO Summit, TCV Engage, AGM, Webinars)
- Maintain investor CRM system (Salesforce), manage data room and coordinate LP communications
- Support tracking of IR budget, conference schedule and coordination with vendors/service providers
- Manage investor request database and coordinate Finance/Legal LP requests
- Onboard new LPs, liaise with Citco
- Support Associate in the execution of marketing materials: pitchbooks, Factsheets, AGM and Webcast, AC materials, and quarterly reporting
- Support external PR firm with media strategy and news monitoring
- Support internal and external communications (support all-hands and partner with HR on internal communications + support quarterly and annual investor letters, deal announcements)
- Support content development (TCV insights, portfolio spotlights, thematic work)
- Help manage key marketing tools (website, Linked In, Portfolio Companies value creation KPIs, ESG report, promotional materials)
- Support investment team with marketing activity to supercharge sourcing and strengthen TCV’s brand (portfolio events, CEO engagements, conferences events)
- Support with sales deck and key DD/IR materials
- Between 1 – 3 years’ experience in IR, investment banking or in a placement agency
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent
TCV offers a positive, team‑oriented culture and a competitive compensation package. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range is $90,.
A discretionary annual performance bonus is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including individual and firm performance.
