Ownership Works is seeking a talented professional for the role of Manager, Culture and Business Transformation. In this mission-driven position, you will engage with client work streams, enhance project execution, and build solid relationships with various stakeholders. Your leadership will be vital in translating strategic directions into high-quality deliverables and contributing to the organization’s methodologies and tools aimed at advancing the Culture and Business Transformation practice.

You will work alongside leaders in the employee ownership field within a collaborative and supportive environment, focused on making significant societal contributions.
- Lead day-to-day delivery of client engagements in partnership with CAS Principals and executive leadership teams.
- Translate strategic direction into structured proposals and workplans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outputs.
- Develop tools and analyses that enhance ownership culture and leadership.
- Contribute to the scaling and innovation of the culture and transformation practice by creating new services and delivery approaches.
- Mentor team members, fostering a thriving and productive work environment.
- Collaborate closely with Ownership Works leadership and external partners.
- Experience in leading projects involving employee engagement, change management, or cultural alignment.
- Insight into organizational operations and cross-functional workflows.
- Experience in dynamic, fast-paced settings, with strong project management skills.
- Proficiency in relationship-building and communication with various organizational levels.
- Problem-solving skills for resolving ambiguous situations effectively.
- Passion and interest in becoming a subject matter expert in employee ownership.
- A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree like MBA or MPA is preferred.
- 5–8 years of experience in transformation consulting or related fields.
