QG Floral & Landscape:
Rotational / Cross-Functional Internship
Interns will collaborate as a strategic project team while rotating through multiple departments and initiatives over the course of the summer.
Rather than siloed responsibilities, interns will contribute across business development, marketing, operations, systems, partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives.
DurationSummer 2026 (starts in June – August 7th). Opportunity to extend further.
Key Internship Projects1. Brand & Digital Transformation
Assist in executing QG’s transition from a floral-first identity into a premium design and production brand.
Projects may include:
- Social media and Linked In content planning
- Portfolio and case study organization
- Website pathway and intake form development
- Brand consistency audits
- Client roster and project showcase development
- Marketing analytics and lead tracking
- B2B messaging and positioning initiatives
The work builds upon the brand repositioning strategy developed through the St. John’s consulting initiative.
2. Architect & Developer Market ExpansionSupport outreach and relationship-building efforts targeting architects, developers, general contractors, and commercial property groups.
Projects may include:
- Building target firm databases
- Researching architecture and landscape firms
- Preparing outreach and presentation materials
- Tracking industry events and networking opportunities
- Assisting with green roof and design-build opportunity research
This initiative supports QG’s strategic expansion into architect-led and design-build work.
3. Systems, Operations & Scalable InfrastructureAssist leadership in moving from a founder-centric operational model toward scalable systems and cross-functional coordination.
Projects may include:
- CRM implementation support
- Workflow documentation
- Lead routing systems
- Department coordination systems
- KPI and recurring contract tracking
This work directly supports QG’s operational transformation roadmap.
Ideal CandidatesSuccessful candidates will demonstrate:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Interest in branding, operations, and growth strategy
- Ability to work across multiple projects
- Comfort in both creative and analytical environments
- Professionalism and adaptability
Experience with AI, social media, CRM tools, Canva, Excel, Shopify, or project management platforms is a plus.
