POSITION DESCRIPTION

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in driving new client acquisition, expanding existing client relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities for PWX Solutions. This position requires a results-driven individual who can translate market insights into actionable plans, cultivate high-level relationships, and align solutions with client needs. This individual will work cross-functionally across departments and leadership to execute strategic initiatives and to ensure revenue targets are met or exceeded.

PRIMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, partnerships, and service offerings
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and successfully convert them into long-term clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly
  • Craft and deliver compelling pitches and proposals that clearly communicate value propositions
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand the company’s presence and stay informed on market trends
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives
  • Track, analyze, and report on pipeline progress, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to leadership
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within marketing services, publishing, media, or related industries
  • Ability to quickly learn and effectively articulate PWX Solutions’ service offerings and value proposition
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles, lead generation strategies, and client relationship management
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and Microsoft Office applications
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a results-driven approach
