About the roleRippling is looking for a Sr. Program Manager, International Sales Enablement to join our Revenue Enablement team in Toronto, Canada.
Responsibilities include developing and managing end‑to‑end sales enablement programs, optimizing new hire learning paths, architecting the enablement calendar, facilitating training programs, supporting global initiatives, and collaborating cross‑functionally.
What you will do- Program Manage & Own Enablement Functional Expertise: Develop and manage end‑to‑end sales enablement programs for AEs and SDRs in the Toronto region, including onboarding LPs, everboarding programs, sales documentation, and ongoing communications.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Partner with the Head of Sales (Toronto) and stakeholders across Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Experience to execute and evaluate program effectiveness.
- Presentation / Facilitation
Skills:
Facilitate sales skills training: MEDDPICC, prospecting, negotiation, multi‑threading, closing; coach AEs and SDRs on training and new rollouts. - Project Management: Oversee multiple enablement projects, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and deliver strategic initiatives.
- Analytical
Skills:
Review and analyze data to inform recommendations and interpret performance metrics. - Content Development: Create and update onboarding content, develop documentation and reference materials for the Toronto sales team.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Enablement, Program Management, Product Marketing, and/or Sales.
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced environments, manage shifting priorities.
- Strategic mindset and aptitude for problem‑solving across functions.
- Knowledge of MEDDPICC and sales training best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Self‑starter with bias toward action.
- Strong operational excellence skills.
- Comfort working across international/global teams with appreciation for regional nuance.
- Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Enablement, Program Management, Product Marketing, and/or Sales.
- AE, SDR, quota‑carrying or enablement experience preferred.
- In‑office 3 days per week in SF or Toronto preferred.

CompensationThis role will receive a competitive salary + benefits + equity. Salary ranges:
- USD: 108,000 – 180,000 per year (US)
- CAD: 99,000 – 165,000 per year (Canada)
