Our client is seeking a Lead Product Manager to own and evolve their next-generation onboarding experience designed to help advisors and clients get started with confidence. This is a highly visible role that sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer experience, and operational excellence, with the opportunity to shape a critical part of our platform as we scale.
As the product leader you'll define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for onboarding while driving experiences that simplify complex advisor workflows and accelerate customer success. You'll partner closely with Design, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver intuitive, high-impact solutions that improve activation, adoption, and long-term engagement.
This role is ideal for a product leader with deep wealth management or financial services expertise, strong customer empathy, and experience mentoring and developing other Product Managers within a growing organization.
What You'll Do
- Own the product strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes from vision through execution.
- Design and deliver onboarding experiences that drive faster customer activation, stronger adoption, and greater advisor and client confidence.
- Lead discovery efforts with advisors, enterprise partners, and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, uncover pain points, and inform product direction.
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering to bring customer-centric solutions from concept to launch with speed and quality.
- Drive cross-functional product launches in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, ensuring successful adoption and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear success metrics and leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform prioritization and decision-making.
- Mentor and support Product Managers, helping elevate product thinking, execution, and customer-centricity across the organization.
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of leading products from strategy through execution in SaaS, fintech, wealth tech, or related industries.
- 3+ years of direct experience in wealth tech, financial services, or building products that support financial advisory workflows.
- Deep understanding of wealth management, advisor operations, and the client experience lifecycle.
- Strong customer-first mindset, with the ability to translate research, feedback, and data into impactful product decisions.
- Experience simplifying complex workflows and driving onboarding, activation, or adoption initiatives within B2B or B2B2C environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Engineering, and Go-to-Market functions.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to prioritization and measuring success.
- Passion for mentoring, coaching, and helping teams and individuals grow.
Nice to Have
- Experience building onboarding, activation, workflow, or client engagement products within wealth tech, fintech, or enterprise SaaS.
- Direct exposure to advisor-facing platforms, client onboarding experiences, or financial planning and investment workflows.
- Experience working in high-growth environments where processes, products, and teams are rapidly evolving.
