** What you will be doing
** Key Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end operational improvement and strategic planning initiatives, including scoping, project management, implementation, and sustainment
* Lead initiatives focused on care model redesign, organizational structure design, and workforce planning across clinical and operational functions
* Design and execute complex analyses and models to support data-driven decision making; translate outputs into clear, leadership-ready materials tailored to executive audiences
* Develop and present recommendations to senior and cross-functional stakeholders; facilitate working sessions and drive groups to aligned decisions
* Build and maintain performance metrics frameworks; conduct current- and future-state assessments and root cause analyses
* Develop analytical frameworks and models to support staffing optimization, labor productivity analysis, and workforce management decisions
* Partner with HR, nursing, and clinical leadership to assess and design operating models that align capacity and resources to enterprise goals
* Serve as a point of escalation and subject matter resource for junior team members on analytical and project management questions
* Support development of executive presentations, implementation roadmaps, and governance materials
* Lead a team of junior members, providing direction, oversight, and development support to drive high-quality work and build team capability within OE
