With a mission to “inspire lives”, Rednote is a lifestyle platform that inspires people to discover and connect with a range of diverse lifestyles. And its cross-border e-commerce platform, Rednote shop, is set to officially launch in June 2026.
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Responsibilities- Support user research for Rednote shop's cross-border e-commerce business, helping the team better understand users across different markets.
- Under mentor guidance, support the team in conducting consumer screening and research.
- Quickly gather, analyze, and synthesize information; demonstrate strong user empathy and insight; flexibly conduct market scans through various methods to rapidly provide valuable findings and recommendations to the business.
- Proactively monitor and assess the market landscape and trends in internet content products and related industries; conduct in-depth user/creator research studies in alignment with business priorities.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above, graduating in 2027 or 2028; majors in Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, or related fields preferred.
- Strong interest in user research and internet products; ability to conduct independent analysis and form judgments; familiarity with common user research methodologies, data sensitivity.
- Excellent English proficiency (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); able to conduct projects in English (including study design, interviews, and report writing); comfortable in cross-cultural communication settings; ability to read academic papers.
- Internship experience in internet user research, strategy, or business analysis is preferred.
- Available to work on-site at least 4 days per week for a minimum of 3 months.
