Position Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated, versatile and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Demand Planning - Sports Division to join our Sports & Lifestyle team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our replenishment and hot market business and ensuring the success of Quick response within the department. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with strong communication, planning and creative skills and a passion for the apparel industry.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage our quick response replenishment business projections, inventory, WIP, and work closely with account forecasts, etc.
- Work with direct to garment quick response team to support blank needs, capacity planning and staffing.
- Participate in seasonal graphic and blank additions
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams (design, sales, production, etc)
- Participate in weekly direct to garment meetings with factory
- Understand the overall Sport licensing apparel business and the connection to hot market quick response.
- Initiate new ideas in process and efficiency to improve our in stock and productivity.

- 6+ years of relevant experience in Apparel industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong proficiency in demand planning and replenishment planning.
- Experience with systems:
Excel, Asana, AI, Outlook, etc. - Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills

The pay range for this position is: $120,000 - $140,000 per year.
