SDR Team Manager

We are hiring SDR Team Managers to run new inbound and outbound teams. Your primary objective will be to manage and mentor a successful team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs, maintain a multi‑million dollar pipeline, and develop outstanding sales professionals with high integrity, empathy and a rigorous work ethic.

Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound leads and develop outbound outreach strategies for a global tech company.
  • Lead and mentor a team of 2‑10 SDRs/BDRs, fostering growth, performance, and career advancement.
  • Maintain a multi‑million dollar customer pipeline and drive consistent revenue growth.
  • Experiment with new outbound approaches to adapt to market changes.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support sales, alliances and product teams.
Qualifications
  • Excellent academic results at school and university.
  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Business or STEM.
  • Knowledge and passion for business development, sales and technology.
  • Track record of delivering exceptional outbound sales development results.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement – curious, flexible, scientific.
  • Creative problem‑solving and cross‑team collaboration.
  • Leadership experience in any form.
  • Able to use data to drive team activities and continuous improvement.
