** serves as key support to the Head of Business Management, Training and Strategy and provides direct, day‐to‐day support to the US Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). This role is critical to enabling the execution of strategic, operational, governance, and regulatory priorities across US Compliance and the broader enterprise.
The position focuses on operational management, strategic prioritization, leadership and Board-level reporting, regulatory preparedness, and cross‐functional coordination. The role requires the ability to translate executive objectives, regulatory expectations, and complex operational inputs into clear, structured plans, executive insights, and high‐quality deliverables that drive informed decision‐making.
