Description Develop and execute comprehensive client development strategies to enhance client relationships and drive business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored marketing campaigns and materials that align with client needs. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the organization's client base.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. Plan and manage client-focused events, presentations, and workshops to strengthen client engagement. Provide detailed reporting on client development activities and outcomes to senior leadership. Support the development of client proposals and pitches, ensuring alignment with the company's goals. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of client solutions.

Profile A successful candidate should have:
Strong experience in client development and business development within the professional services industry. Expertise in creating and implementing strategic marketing and client engagement plans. Exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas and strategies. Proven ability to analyze market trends and leverage insights for business growth. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in using marketing and business development tools and software.

Job Offer Competitive base salary ranging from $162,000 to $243,000 USD per year in New York City and eligible to receive a discretionary annual bonus.
