About the Role
We are seeking an experienced CRM Operations Manager. The role will help shape a vision for the Sales workflows, required capabilities, data and operations needed to support our Ads Sales team. This role will partner with our Product & Technology team in developing the CRM and with Regional Sales Operations to ensure local market strategies are supported in a scalable global system.
Ultimately, it equips our Field Sales teams with the best tools to support sales execution in line with our chosen Sales Methodology. The right candidate is experienced in Sales Operations, leverages tools and technologies to support sales workflows, validates direction and partners with Ads Regional Operations teams to shape a vision. They embrace the manual, hands‑on nature of new operational tasks, directly administer the CRM system with an intent to automate or codify into a vendor‑operator workflow, and seek technology to continuously improve and evolve our operations.
Influence without direct authority will be key to build partnerships with Regional Sales Operations and recodify local requests into scalable and repeatable approaches that all markets can see value in.
- CRM Operations:
Work with the broader team to establish the operational processes required to maintain and run the CRM workflows supporting Sales and the Customer life cycle. - Leverage the existing vendor‑resourced operations team to perform workflow tasks and be a point of escalation for more complex or ambiguous challenges, including multiple 3rd‑party tools or integrations to create the full suite of capabilities for Sellers.
- Seller CRM Enhancements:
Act as the business owner to anticipate regional/local needs and deliver scalable, globally cohesive solutions, serving as the single‑threaded owner for Central Ops in partnership with Product Management. - Sales Execution Process Management:
Oversee the system and operational processes that guide our sellers in line with the developed Sales Methodology, ensuring the CRM Opportunity and Activity tracking supports sellers to take the best action at the best time and monitoring seller behaviours to improve effectiveness. - CRM Guidance & Policy:
Partner with Product Management to set a vision of how the CRM can support the Sales Methodology, documenting workflows for Regional Operations and collaborating on release and education of field teams with the Commercial Readiness & Enablement team.
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, business analytics, or sales operations in a high‑growth or media/technology company.
- Experience architecting operations to translate business strategy into system design.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non‑technical senior audiences.
- Demonstrable experience driving sales workflows regionally or globally.
- Strategic mindset that can think big‑picture while also diving into granular CRM operational details.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales performance metrics.
- Exceptional analytical skills with focus on data‑driven decision‑making, process improvement, and operational support.
- Excellent project management abilities, skilled at managing multiple workflows and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Salary range: $–$. Netflix offers an annual salary and stock options.
