As a Strategy& Strategy Consulting

- Senior Manager you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy Consulting practice you will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance. You will leverage your skills and network to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, apply sound judgment, recognize when to act or to elevate, and develop diverse and inclusive teams.

You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. Direct teams through complexity and ambiguous situations, deepen your skills, and initiate open coaching conversations. Your commitment to excellence will contribute to the success of our firm.

• Leading strategic consulting engagements to provide insights and guidance to clients in the consumer markets sector
• Analyzing market trends and business performance to develop actionable recommendations for client growth and optimization
• Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for business transformation and process improvement
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that align with client objectives and drive strategic initiatives
• Applying systems thinking to uncover underlying problems and opportunities within client organizations
• Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to refine strategic solutions
• Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focus
• Developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction
• Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team development and effectiveness
• Modeling professional and technical standards, adhering to the firm’s code of conduct and independence requirements

• At least a Bachelor’s degree
• At least 7 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience

• Master’s degree
• Strategic management and planning skills
• Business process improvement techniques
• Competitive analysis and market research expertise
• Systems thinking for identifying opportunities
• Crafting engaging messages that tell a holistic story
• Directing teams through complex situations
• Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback

Salary range: $124,000 - $280,000. Compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
