The Opportunity

This is a rare chance to own the sales organization from the ground up at one of NYC’s most exciting AI companies. You will bring the playbook and the mindset to transition us from founder-led sales to a structured, scalable motion, building the systems, team, and culture that turn early success into predictable growth. You will collaborate closely with our founding team (CEO, CTO, COO) to refine GTM strategy, accelerate enterprise deals, and lead from the front as both a strategic executive and hands-on dealmaker.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
  • Define and execute the company’s go-to-market and revenue strategy across enterprise and strategic accounts.
  • Partner with founders to refine our ICP, pricing model, and value proposition.
  • Establish forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance frameworks that scale.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing sales organization – recruiting AEs, SDRs, and future frontline managers.
Execution & Enablement
  • Lead by example in early deals; run enterprise sales cycles from outreach through close.
  • Create and refine playbooks, sales collateral, and repeatable processes for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align GTM execution.
  • Implement sales tools, data systems, and CRM hygiene to support operational excellence.
Growth & Expansion
  • Develop KPIs and revenue targets aligned to Series B-C growth milestones.
  • Explore new verticals, partnerships, and enterprise channels for expansion.
  • Serve as a visible leader in the market – representing the company at industry events, conferences, and investor updates.
What You Bring

We’re looking for a builder and leader who thrives in ambiguity, scales fast, and knows what "great" looks like.

  • 10+ years of sales experience in enterprise SaaS, including 3–5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success scaling from founder-led to structured sales in Series A-C environments.
  • Track record of selling complex AI, data, or enterprise SaaS solutions to C-suite buyers (CEO, CTO, CFO, COO).
  • Experience designing and executing GTM playbooks, pipeline frameworks, and scalable revenue operations.
  • Strong understanding of long-cycle, consultative enterprise sales motions.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $150K–$250K (DOE).
  • Variable / Bonus: 50–100% OTE (based on performance).
