Initio Sphere is onboarding Investment Pipeline Specialists to help identify, qualify, and introduce investment opportunities into our investor and fund manager network.

This is not an employment role. Investment Pipeline Specialists operate as independent contractors, activated through a verification and approval process.

Once approved, Investment Pipeline Specialists:

Source and submit qualified investment opportunities

Support early-stage deal intake and positioning

Earn transaction-based compensation on closed deals

Build a verified deal history within the Initio Sphere ecosystem

This role is ideal for professionals already close to live deal flow, including operators, brokers, intermediaries, advisors, and highly networked professionals.

Approved Investment Pipeline Specialists may:

Source proprietary or semi-proprietary investment opportunities

Qualify deals for investor and sponsor relevance

Submit opportunities through Initio Sphere’s platform

Provide high-level deal context (asset, structure, economics, investment thesis)

Coordinate initial introductions between deal principals and capital partners

Support early-stage diligence handoff (analyst teams handle modeling and underwriting)

You are not responsible for underwriting, financial modeling, or capital raising.

Based on approval and demonstrated experience, Investment Pipeline Specialists may submit opportunities across:

Private equity and growth equity transactions

Operating businesses and special situations

Structured, opportunistic, or non-traditional investments

Deal categories are approved based on sourcing credibility and background.

Success-based compensation only

Typical earnings range from $1,000 to $10,000+ per closed transaction

Compensation paid upon successful transaction close and fee collection

Economics vary by deal size, structure, and specialist contribution

No caps on earnings for consistently high-quality pipeline contribution

To become an Investment Pipeline Specialist:

Submit an application and background details

Complete verification and deal category approval

Get activated within the Initio Sphere platform

Begin submitting qualified opportunities to the network

There is no cold outreach to funds and no blind pitching.
All deal introductions occur through curated, platform-driven channels.

Provide investment advice

Solicit securities

Market investments to the general public

Represent Initio Sphere in a regulated capacity

All activity is limited to deal identification, qualification, and introduction, and must comply with applicable securities laws.

Operators with visibility into real transactions

Brokers and intermediaries with proprietary or early deal flow

Advisors, consultants, or founders close to capital needs

Networked professionals who consistently hear about deals early

Monetize deal flow without launching a fund

Earn on transactions without underwriting risk

Work directly with credible capital allocators
