Project Overview:
The team is looking for an analyst who will support AMER inventory management and business operations for Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.
This will include monthly inventory reviews, long term forecasts, and orders for the three countries.
As an Inventory and Forecasting Analyst, you will own inventory validations and forecasting, The analyst will engage with business stakeholders who use this data for planning and decision-making.
Additionally, the analyst will lead as project manager for recurring forecasting processes, coordinating across multiple teams, and translating inventory data into impactful business decisions.
Furthermore, the analyst will serve as an expert on regional inventory levels and forecasting changes, collaborating with business stakeholders to maximize inventory efficiencies.
Manage monthly inventory process and unit forecasts by verifying partner reports.
Manage Americas quarterly long-term forecasting, including review and stakeholder communications.
Own e2e order generation and approvals on a quarterly basis.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years managing inventory, demand planning, analytics, and ERP systems.
- Experience with retail reporting and processes e.g. monthly open to buy, demand planning, and/or unit forecasting.
- 3+ years of experience in project and partner management.
- 3+ years managing complex cross‑functional projects.
- Ability to stay organized and communicate effectively across a fast‑paced team.
- Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Advanced Google Sheets / MS Excel expertise.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration or STEM field.
- Business analytics, quantitative modeling, and data visualization expertise.
- Experience working with Salesforce, SQL queries, Excel VBA or Google Apps Script, Big Query.
- Experience in inventory planning, retail buying, supply chain, CPG, or eCommerce.
- Fluent in Spanish.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
