Overview
At PwC, our finance consultants specialise in providing consulting services related to financial management and strategy. You will analyse client needs, develop financial solutions, and offer guidance and support to help clients optimise their performance, improve decision‑making, and achieve their goals. As a generalist you will provide comprehensive guidance and support to clients across large organisations, motivate and develop teams, and deliver quality outcomes while building trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
Responsibilities- Lead consulting engagements for large organisations in finance.
- Develop thorough business cases and total cost of occupancy models.
- Inspire and motivate team members to achieve exceptional standards.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for business development and growth.
- Oversee project execution and maintain quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance service.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior consultants.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration/Management, Finance, Engineering, or Architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting engagements.
- Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Real Estate (preferred).
- Professional certifications such as LEED AP or WELL AP (preferred).
- Domain knowledge across corporate real estate and facilities management.
- Experience in lease administration and capital planning.
- Proficiency in financial analysis and project management.
- Understanding of sustainability practices in real estate.
- Ability to develop strategic real estate initiatives.
- Familiarity with market trends and property valuation.
Salary range: $99,000 – $252,450. For Washington state residents: $99,000 – $297,000. Compensation within the range depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
Travel RequirementsUp to 40% travel.
