We're looking for a highly driven operator to work directly alongside the founders and help build the next phase of growth.

130,000–190,000 base salary

Meaningful equity upside

• Build and optimize internal systems and processes (CRM workflows, campaign operations, bug reporting pipelines)
• Own critical business operations, including payroll, contracts, onboarding, legal/tax coordination, and vendor management
• Lead recruiting and people operations—from candidate sourcing and screening to managing the hiring process
• Work directly with clients (including leading AI companies like Cursor) to support campaign performance and account health
• Create scalable playbooks and operational infrastructure that dramatically increase the founders' leverage and output

• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, strategy, operations, chief of staff roles, or working directly with startup leadership
• Strong track record of ownership and execution
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Client-facing confidence and professionalism
• Someone who thrives in ambiguity and figures things out without waiting for direction
