Senior Product Manager, Crypto Trading

Perena is building the Stablebank Network: an ecosystem that connects stablecoin infrastructure, liquidity rails, yield strategies, and payments into one protocol. We launched and scaled Numéraire, the largest stableswap on Solana with over $2B in cumulative volume. Today we are building a suite of products including USD* (a yield‑bearing synthetic dollar), USD*-P / USD*-J (a tranched credit architecture), Stable Bank (a consumer savings product for emerging markets), and Perena Vaults (programmable structured credit infrastructure).

Perenimals is a character‑driven IP built out of Perena, a Solana‑native stablecoin protocol. We started with a cast of original characters and a community of crypto‑native holders. Our goal is to create a world with its own visual language, lore, and cultural gravity—a durable IP with licensing potential, collaborative pull, and an engaged fanbase.

• Own the IP growth strategy.
• Set the content and channel strategy: what we post, where, how often, and why.
• Establish growth metrics and hold the team accountable—focusing on genuine equity signals rather than vanity metrics.
• Decide which work streams to double down on and which to eliminate.
• Work directly with the junior social lead and artist, creating briefs, feedback loops, and a content calendar.
• Identify and pursue collaborations with creators, brands, games, and other IPs without diluting the brand.
• Develop a point of view on licensing and partnerships as the IP matures.
• Find the communities where Perenimals belong and embed authentically.

• Experience growing a character‑first IP from small to mid‑size—not merely managing an established one.
• Strong opinions about narrative and world‑building, with the ability to translate those into an actionable content strategy for a small team.
• Deep understanding of platform dynamics, algorithmic behavior, community mechanics, and creator partnerships.
• Track record of running collaborations or partnerships that significantly expanded the IP.
• Bonus: experience in crypto‑native or gaming‑adjacent IP with knowledge of how digital communities form.
